Year 29

Entering my 29th year of life with clarity+love+wisdom. Lots of shedding of the things that no longer serve me. Honoring+leaning into the things that speak to me. Creating my own narrative and releasing+Re-releasing as many times as I need. Another trip around the earth, another year of learning who Bryttani Mischele is and how she chooses to exist in the world. Intentional movements and not reacting. Allowing myself to laugh+cry has become me. I’ve learn not every emotion needs a reaction. As all the dust settles and I ease back into flow, I realize flow is me. I am self love.
