2021 in Review

For the last couple weeks I’ve been trying to find the words to sum up 2021. Which happened through actions + stillness + breaths + movement. 2021 has been loving + transformative + expansive + truthful. I’ve notice shift in who Bryttney-Mischele is in this present moment. I’ve grown less critical of myself, adopted more compassion, took more risk and celebrated my wins. My business continues to grow with amazing support from the community. Poetic Artistry hosted 12+ painting events; 4 of which were collaboration with other Black creatives. We’ve built some life long connections with several organizations. We had the honor of being a vendor with the @theculturalmarketplace and @soulswapmeet. Oh we negotiated 4+ contracts, one of which was with Mira Costa College. Moved into our very first studio @e4emulticulturalcollective

Had the pleasure of creating 5 commissioned pieces that all brought joy to the owners. Created 20+ art pieces. Also learned how to paint landscapes in my own style. I say all this to say it’s been another year of this human existence as a entrepreneur and I thrived . Thank you for sticking around for the ride. 2022 is going to be the mental + physical realignment and I’m ready for that. Enjoy my long ass photo dump/slideshow thing of 2021. Appreciate whoever watches the whole thing.
